Diverse Packaging Divisions

At Jam, our diverse divisions specialize in various aspects of the packaging industry, from advanced film manufacturing to innovative design and sealing solutions. Committed to high quality and efficiency, we meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring excellence in packaging solutions across multiple sectors.

Jam Film Division is a manufacturer of three-layer polyethylene film with the German Hosokawa Alpine machine. Our products are manufactured in different thicknesses ranging from 20-200 µm for a wide variety of uses and with the option of one-side corona treatment, with a minimum and maximum width of 600-2,000 mm, transparent, opaque, white, etc. with equal thickness. The products of this division are among the best and highest quality films in the market. One of the other features of the films of Jam Film Division is their appropriate transparency in comparison with other films in market. Enjoying experienced experts in its R&D and QC departments and benefitting from advanced laboratory equipment, this division is capable of analyzing the quality of manufactured films and ensuring their quality in accordance with international standards.

Jam Film Division

The Jam Flex Division offers specialized services in printing, laminating, and slitting to support both Jam's internal needs and external clients in related industries: Printing: Utilizes the Fischer & Krecke FP 16-S CI System (Bobst) with speeds of 300 m/min, widths from 600-1250 mm, and 8-color auto-register printing for high-quality outputs. Laminating: Uses the Rotomec CL 850 D (Bobst) for 2-4 layer lamination, cold seal, solvent-based, and solventless applications, handling widths of 600-1300 mm at 400 m/min. Slitting: Equipped with a KAMPF slitter to cut rolls up to 1750 mm wide and 800 mm in diameter at 800 m/min. Each service is backed by advanced German technology and serves clients within the industry.

Jam Flex

Jam International Division is active in the field of import and export of all types of polymer films and raw materials needed in the printing and laminating industry. In addition to meeting the needs of the Jam Industrial Group, it provides similar services to other applicants in the same field of activity.

Jam International Division

Jam Pack Division provides services in the field of sealing promotional bags, stand-up pouches, doypacks, wicket bags and hygienic packaging with the Italian packaging machine named Elba. It seals and cuts all types of PVC-PET shrink sleeves using the Spanish shrink sleeve machine named Vela, in compliance with standards. This division not only meets the needs of the Jam Industrial Group but also provides services to other applicants.
